The UV resistant film, environmentally friendly, no odor. •Cutting technology---Cutting grooves vertically and horizontally with holes to make sure water drainage in four directions, and installation more even. •Tensile strength---Three-layer structure and characteristics of rubber makes the shock pad with the strong tensile strength, which will protect the product from deformation and damage during the installation. Minimum 70,000 psi mig welds that are finished smooth. All connection points must be capped and affixed via grade 5 all weather attachment bolts with anti-vibration lock systems. • All OWS structure shall be rated for outdoor use (Rain and sun exposure) • Galvanization - All steel is smooth (de-burred), free of defects, indentations and rust. Steel parts are finished by grinding outside edges and corners, sand blasted and phosphatized. Steel parts are then electro-galvanized with zinc coating prior to powder coating to ensure an all-weather finish. • Must be Powder-Coated with ASTM certified TGIC powder coat paint, electrostatically applied in an atmospherically controlled powder coat booth to a thickness of no less than 3 MILS. Coated steel is then oven baked at 400 degrees for 30 minutes to ensure uniform, durable, high-quality finish.
