| Description | For Collection, Removal and Disposal of Garbage, Rubbish, Bulk Waste and Designated Recyclables Each proposal shall he accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total hid in favor of Economy Borough. The successful bidder shall he required to post a performance bond in the amount of $50,000. Bids may not be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after being filed with the Borough. Economy Borough expects to award the Contract to the lowest responsible bidder at a subsequent public meeting within thirty-five (35) days of the bid opening. Economy Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any technical defects and to accept or reject any proposal or combination of proposals that it may deem to be best in the best interest of the Borough. |
