Beach End Walkover Maintenance

33rd Ave South Beach End Walk Over. (Elevation change and replacement of all stringers, support beams, deck boards, top and side handrails) 1. Remove and replace all decking, top and side handrails. 2. New deck length to be approximately 24' with a slope no greater than 1:12. 3. Remove and replace (8) 6x6 posts. Install new posts 8' on center 4. Finished handrail height to be 36". 5. New walkway width to be no less than 5' between handrails. 18th Ave South Beach End Walk Over. (Replacement of all deck boards, stairs treads, top and side handrails) 1. Remove and replace all decking, top and side handrails. 2. Remove and replace stair treads. 15th Ave South Beach End Walk Over. (Elevation change and replacement of all stringers, support beams, deck boards, top and side handrails) 1. Remove and replace all decking, top and side handrails. 2. Gradually reduce elevation of walkway to eliminate 1 step. 3. Finished handrail height to be 36". 9th Ave South Beach End Walk Over. (Replacement of all deck boards, top and side handrails) 1. Remove and replace all decking, top and side handrails. 2. Remove and replace stair treads.
