Provide and install (1) One York YCWL Chiller (140 tons nominal), as specified or District approved equal. Provide and install (1) BAC Cooling tower as a one for one swap out with the original specified unit, model # VT0-102-L (see original attached submittal) Include all labor and materials necessary.
