Description

**As of May 9,2023, this project has been awarded to All Con LLC, awarded amount not available.** Lillybrook Coal Co S-86-85 Water Quality Improvement Project The west virginia department of environmental protection is soliciting bids to establish a contract for the lillybrook coal co s-86-85 water quality improvement construction/ reclamation project located in raleigh county, west virginia per the attached specifications and documentation. Technical Question Deadline at 4:00pm 03/01/2023 All questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to DEPProcurement@wv.gov or DEP Procurement - (304) 926-0480. Please include solicitation number in the email subject line Pursuant to the requirements contained in W. Va. Code 5-22-1(c), All Vendors submitting a bid on a construction project shall furnish a valid bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid protecting the State of West Virginia. The bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Bid bond must be executed on the official form furnished by the Department and uploaded to the wvOASIS system The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract. The performance bond must be received by the Department prior to Contract award. The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a labor/material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract value. The labor/material payment bond must be delivered to the Department prior to Contract award The Department may accept or reject any bid in whole, or in part in accordance with W. Va. Code of State Rules The Initial Contract Term will be for a period of one calendar year. The Initial Contract Term becomes effective on the effective start date listed on the first page of this Contract and the Initial Contract Term ends on the effective end date also shown on the first page of this Contract
