| Description | The Village of Ruidoso is requesting sealed proposals for E911 Address Planning and Implementation. The award shall be made to the responsible offeror or offerors whose proposal is most advantageous to the Village, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in the RFP. Sealed Proposals shall be received for RFP #2023-004P E911 Address Planning and Implementation, NIGP Commodity Code 91858. A completed proposal shall be submitted in a sealed packet indicating the proposal title and number along with the Offeror's name and address clearly marked on the outside of the container. By submitting a proposal for the requested services each firm is certifying that their proposal complies with regulations and requirements stated within the Request for Proposal. Any proposal received by the Village after the time and date specified shall not be considered. This RFP may be cancelled and any and all proposals may be rejected in whole or in part when it is in the best interest of the Village of Ruidoso. |
