Description

This work shall consist of heating, pulverizing and milling the in situ bituminous materials and then incorporating an emulsified asphalt binder agent into the pulverized materials. The incorporated material will then be spread and compacted in close conformity to the lines, grades, thicknesses and typical cross sections.
