Description | If hand- delivered, bids must be dropped off at the Camden County Improvement Authority, 520 Market Street, 6th Floor, Suite 6400, Camden, NJ 08102. The CCIA assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the CCIA later than the above-referenced scheduled opening. Prospective bidders are advised that the Project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). The PLA will be binding upon all Contractors performing on-site Project work, as defined in Article 3 of the PLA. The PLA will be included in the bid specifications. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238, (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 to 57) where applicable. All bidders are responsible for obtaining complete bid documentation from T&M Associates as listed above. In the event of any inconsistencies between this advertisement, as published, and the bid documentation, the bid documentation shall control. |
