The Gloucester Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the development and management of affordable rental housing for frail elders on three parcels of land with a combined area of 0.74 acre (32,025 square feet) owned by the GHA, located at 252-256 Main Street in Gloucester (“the site”). The three parcels are recorded with the Southern Essex District Registry of Deeds as follows: 1. Book 8197 Page 369 granting 256 Main St to Gloucester Housing Authority 2.
