Replace two gate operators for the employee parking area. The operators be of the following brand and model. Install new brass track wheels on both gates 1. The contractor shall obtain any required permits at no charge. 2. All work shall be done in coordination with the Water schedule and approved by the supervisor. 3. Remove and dispose of the old units.
