Approximately 11259 S Topview Road generally includes, but it is not limited to the Construction of an Open Channel and Furnishing and Installation of 30” Storm Drain Pipe; Traffic Control and Surveying Staking; Material Testing and Quality Control; Potholing to Determine Existing Utilities’ Locations; Earthwork; Demolition, Removal and Disposal of Existing Storm Drain Pipe; Abandon of Existing Pipe in the Drainage Basin; Furnishing and Installation of Manholes; Construction of Concrete Flare End Sections; Furnishing and Installation of Trash Racks; Excavation and Disposal of Excess Material; Landscape Restoration; Asphalt Trail Restoration; Concrete Sidewalk Restoration; Furnishing and Installation of all Materials; All Labor; Supplies; Tools, Equipment, Parts, Rentals, Fuels, Utilities, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Mobilization and all other Costs including Overhead and Profit necessary to complete job based on construction plans per APWA standards and City requirements
