Work consists of: Install new standing seam metal panel roof over existing metal roof using a retrofit sub-purlin system. Remove existing metal panels on three smaller roofs replace with new sheathing, underlayment and standing seam metal panels. Replace trims and flashings. Associated roof accessories.
