Mechanical Improvements for Prospect Park School 1. Each bid, the total price of which exceeds $100,000 shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, including alternates, not in excess of $20,000. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, Bid are required by law to submit a list of the names and addresses of all individuals with a 10% ownership interest in the Bidder. A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor Questionnaire/Certification also must be filed with the bid. The Bid Package shall also include other documents that must be completed and returned with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any non-responsive bid or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. and to waive nonmaterial informalities, in accordance with applicable law, and to take such alternate(s) in sequential order as budget and appropriated funds may allow
