Community Recreation Center Gym Floor Refinishing

The scope of the Project includes the sanding, refinishing, and. re-striping of the Community Recreation Center Gym Floor. Prospective Bidders may bid on any or all of the work, as outlined in the Bid Documents and Bidder's Quotation Form. The Wheeling Park District Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any bid, or portion thereof, or to waive minor deviations from the Bid Documents if, in its sole judgment, it shall deem it is in the best interest of the Park District to do so. Bids shall not include federal excise tax or state sales tax for materials to be incorporated in, or totally consumed in the prosecution of the Work. A tax exemption certificate will be furnished by the Park District at the request of the Bidder. All bids will remain firm for sixty (60) days after the bid opening. All Bidders will be required to certify that they are in compliance with laws governing bid-rigging, bid rotation, equal opportunity employment, and sexual harassment. The District has no duty to send or otherwise notify a Bidder of any Addendum or other communications regarding this Project who has not complied with this requirement
