Description

Contract No. 21-SW1 – Site No. 1 Improvements (Southmoreland High School Stormwater Improvements) generally consists of the construction of a rain garden / bio-retention area, also includes all associated site work including storm sewer (234 LF), paving restoration, landscaping; and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General Construction in accordance with the Contract Documents.
