Description

The 8.9-acre property consists of two- and three-story walk-up apartment buildings and community center constructed in 1952, with major additions completed in 1985. PHA envisions the new development as an affordable, mixed-income and sustainable community that provides desirable urban living. The new development must provide one-for-one replacement of the existing 184 public housing units and protect the right to return of current residents. The successful respondent will assist PHA with the development of a master plan for the entire site and potential additional site(s) and execute the first three phases, as designated by PHA, as of the development.
