Description

The work will consist of the installation of a new ten (10) inch sanitary sewer main along Center Ridge Road from Barton Road east to the city limits for approximately 3,200 linear feet. Ancillary improvements include the full depth partial replacement and resurfacing of Center Ridge Road within the project limits, restoration of roadside amenities, and drive aprons disturbed during construction. Provisions in the construction documents also provide sanitary laterals with cleanouts to property owners along the sanitary extension for future abandonment of septic systems.
