Rocky Knob Heritage Center Site Improvements

**As of March 29, 2023 , this project has been awarded to SamCo Construction, Inc. for the amount of $42,076.00.** Blue Ridge Heritage, Inc. (Owner) is requesting sealed bids for construction of the Rocky Knob Heritage Center Site Improvements located in Patrick County, VA. The Base Bid includes site excavation and construction of foundations for circular seatwalls and a fireplace with chimney. Bid Alternate #1 requires demolition and removal of a wood-framed storage building and removal of exterior siding which contains asbestos. Asbestos-laden material is to be handled in accordance with all local, state and federal laws governing its removal and disposal including worker protection.
