Cover the existing fiberglass panels with OSB. Install new custom fit eps styrene flute filler combo board. Install 60 mil Green mechanically fastened membrane. New double coated fasteners manufactured to twice the industry standard for maximum performance. New edge detail consisting of a 24-gauge one-piece vinyl coated metal system. The roof membrane will be welded directly to the edge metal, creating a one-piece waterproofing layer from roof edge to roof edge. |
