MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE Southern Crescent Technical College will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Pre-bid Conference for this project. The conference will include a meeting to discuss the scope of work and site visit to view the areas associated with the project. Review the details below for more information. Failure to participate in the Pre-bid Meeting and Site Visit, in its entirety, will result in disqualification from the bid process. TCSG and the College reserves the right to disqualify a potential bidder for failure to be in attendance at the Pre-bid conference by the scheduled time. PROJECT INTERPRETATIONS & CLARIFICATIONS All questions regarding the bidding documents, the bidding process, substitution requests, and Team Georgia Marketplace (TGM) must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer listed below in order to be accepted. TCSG and the College reserves the right to reject any bid for violation of this provision. TEAM GEORGIA MARKETPLACE (TGM) This project has been posted as an electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace bidding system. Project Plans are available at no charge and may be downloaded directly from the bid event. All bid submission documents must be completed, executed and uploaded to the bid event by the closing date and time in order for them to be considered. TCSG will not accept paper bids or bid documents submitted by any other means. Review the document titled Registration & Bid Submission on the GPR bid notice for instructions on how to register and submit bid documents. It is highly recommended that all companies complete the registration process and review the project plans attached to the bid event prior to attending the Mandatory Pre-bid Conference. BID SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS Bidders must upload a completed copy of the following documents to the bid event within Team Georgia Marketplace prior to the bid closing date and time. The notary seals must be legible on the uploaded copies. (1) Bid Form in Section A of the Project Manual (2) Bid Bond in the amount specified within Section A of the Project Manual (3) Contractor Affidavit within Section A of the Project Manual (4) Tax Compliance Form within Section A of the Project Manual (5) Addendum(s) attached to the Bid Event in Team Georgia Marketplace (4) The last addendum will be posted on February 23, 2023 by 5:00 p.m The deadline for submitting Requests for Interpretations will be February 16, 2023 by 5:00 p.m.
