Description

The general statement of work is to renovate the HVAC system in building 515 (B515). This project will involve replacement of multiple systems in Building 515 to include the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning system (HVAC) and interior finishes. This will include all design and construction work needed to convert the existing HVAC system to a 4-pipe system (Hot Water and Chilled Water) with variable air volume (VAV) Controls. This will include replacement of all legacy Pneumatic and Direct Digital Controls (DDC). $1-5 Million.
