Project includes a base bid of pavement removal, storm sewer reconstruction, subgrade preparation, 24-inch curb and gutter section, asphalt pavement construction, and driveway construction. The alternate bid includes the base bid with PC pavement construction, minus curb and gutter section and asphalt pavement Bids received after the deadline for submission of bids as stated herein shall not be considered and shall be returned to the late bidder unopened. The sealed proposals will be opened and bids tabulated immediately after conclusion of the public hearing. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
