Description

Project scope consists of but is not limited to site work and construction of a new storm processing and service center on approximately 54.5 acres including seven buildings. Building A will be a 13,090-square foot service center. Building B will be a 450-square foot truck stock building. Building C will be a 4,800-square foot fleet garage. Building D will be a 193-square foot truck wash. Building E will be a 7,327-square foot ISC stores warehouse. Building F will be a 100,634-square foot storm logistics warehouse. Building G will be a 260-square foot IT hut. 111 parking spaces will be included. As of February 3, 2023, construction documents are complete.
