Description

The site is approximately 4.5 acres in size. The work consists of on-site cut and fill with minor import required, sanitary/storm sewers, on-site water, concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks, asphalt paving, site power and site lighting. The building consists of a 9-story IL tower, a 5-story AL/MC tower and a 2-story common area space. The structure is a single story below grade parking garage with an elevated 20" podium deck and a combination of infinity structural wall panels, structural red-iron and CMU/CIP stair and elevator cores.
