Pedestrian Bridge Lighting Improvement Project

Project consists of supplying lights, installing lights, electrical improvements, controls, and wireless communications to town hall. The bidder may bid on all or just part of the project, please refer to the bid form for details Bids will be received for a single prime contract or broken in sub-parts with multiple contracts as illustrated in the bid form. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids will be for the Owner as VFW Winamac Post 1728 - Memorial Swinging Bridge committee. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidders must obtain their Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office to be included on the plan holders list; failure to do so may be considered non-responsive. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Embankments, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Slope Protection, Gabions, Riprap, Special Foundations and Load-Bearing Elements, Driven Piles.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Rigid Paving, Fences and Gates, Retaining Walls.
