This is a Combined Synopsis/solicitation for Services Prepared in Accordance With the Format in Subpart 12.6 as Supplemented With Additional Information Included in This Notice. This Announcement Constitutes the Only Solicitation; Proposals Are Being Requested and a Written Solicitation Will Not Be Issued. the Solicitation Number is 30454q230014653. This Combined Synopsis Constitutes a Solicitation and Incorporates Provisions and Clauses in Effect Through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. This Acquisition is Set Aside Small Business. the Naics is 238290 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-conditioning Contractors). the Small Business Size Standard is $16.5. the Contract Type Will Be a Firm-fixed-price Purchase Order. the Evaluation Strategy is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All Quotes Will Required to Be on a Business Letterhead to Include a Breakdown of Estimated Materials Needed, Labor, Man Hours, and Number of Workers Needed to Complete the Project. Additionally contractor shall remove and debris, garbage, byproduct, grime, or material as a result of work completed. The obsective of this contract is to repair HVAC circuits ACCU-3 and ACCU-4 and corresponding chiller and components to an operable state with no leaks in order to provide cooling to the building.
