Texas Avenue Phase 1B - Overhead to Underground Conversion

This Project Consists of relocating approximately 1.8 miles of 477 AAC overhead electric distribution line on Texas Avenue from North Washington Avenue to Coulter Drive. The newly relocated distribution line will consist of a combination of overhead and underground construction. This bid will only include underground construction. The contractor will provide labor and equipment to install the following items: I. Approximately 1,100' of three (3) 4? HDPE conduit installed by directional bore. II. Approximately 1,500' of three (3) 4? and three (3) 2” HDPE conduit installed by directional bore. III. Approximately 200' of three (3) 4? and four (4) 2” HDPE conduit installed by directional bore. IV. Approximately 800' of one (1) 4? HDPE conduit installed by directional bore. V. Approximately 750' of six (6) 2” HDPE conduit installed by directional bore. VI. Approximately 1,100' of three (3) 2” HDPE conduit installed by directional bore. VII. Approximately 575' of two (2) 2” HDPE conduit installed by directional bore. VIII. Approximately 1,415' of one (1) 2” HDPE conduit installed by directional bore. IX. Approximately 6,000' of three (3) 4? Schedule 40 PVC conduit installed by trenching. X. Eight (8) 15 kV pad-mounted switchgears. XI. One (1) 200 Amp 15 kV three-phase pad-mounted junction boxes. XII. One (1) 15 kV single-phase pad-mounted junction boxes. XIII. Five (5) Three-Phase 1000 MCM Al 15 kV risers on new power poles installed by others. XIV. Eight (8) Single-Phase 1/0 Al 15 kV risers on new power poles installed by others. XV. Two (2) Two-Phase 1/0 Al 15 kV risers on new power poles installed by others. XVI. Twelve (12) Three-Phase 1/0 Al 15 kV risers on new power poles installed by others. XVII. Approximately 4,500' of three-phase 1000 MCM Al 15 kV primary cable with terminations. XVIII. Approximately 7,800' of three-phase 1/0 Al 15 kV primary cable with terminations.
