Replace HVAC and Replace SPS Flooring PLEASE NOTE: You do not have to be an SDVOSB Contractor to bid on this site, we as the GC already have that and all the other requirements covered with our contract to the Federal Government. Your only requirements are that you pay prevailing wage as determined by the attached Wage Rate chart, and you have a Contractors license in any state. You also do not need a Bid Bond, as we have that covered as well. Bid bonds are between us as the GC and the Government only. We just need you to send us your proposal. SITE VISIT: There will only be one (1) organized site visit. It will be held on Friday, August 25, 2022 @ 9:00 AM (PST).
