Madison Avenue Concrete Pavement

The project consists of reconstruction of Madison Avenue with the following items of work: • Concrete Pavement (9”) 1250 S.Y. • Concrete Curb & Gutter 460 L.F. • Asphalt Pavement Removal 175 C.Y. • Concrete Sidewalk 300 S.F. • Quantities of driveway approach, unclassified excavation, base aggregate, and lawn restoration. As a general description, the work under this contract includes the following work: • Remove existing curb, sidewalk, and driveways within the limits shown on the plans. • Remove existing asphalt; supplement stone base as necessary for concrete. • Overexcavate subgrade for curb and gutter installation as determined by Engineer and install curb and gutter. • Install concrete pavement and driveways as shown on the plans.
