Description	This procurement will result in five (5) separate Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for multi-discipline Architect-Engineer (AE) services for underwater and above water inspection, material condition assessment, engineering and design services in support of Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) projects at DoD waterfront and ocean facilities at various locations worldwide and in Regions 1 through 4. INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACTS FOR ARCHITECT-ENGINEER SERVICES FOR Waterfront Facilities Inspection and Assessment, OCONUS and CONUS Regions as listed below: Region OCONUS: Region is defined as worldwide, less areas defined in the associated solicitations for Waterfront Inspection A&E services within Regions 1, 2, 3 and 4. Region One (1): Region 1 is defined as follows: Northeast, Southeast (including Key West) Great Lakes areas, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Region Two (2): Region 2 is defined as follows: Mid-Atlantic Region- Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC. Region Three (3): Region 3 is defined as follows: Southwest, Hawaii and Gulf Coast areas. Region Four (4): Region 4 is defined as follows: Northwest area (including Alaska) and all Outlying Areas as defined by FAR Part 2, including but not exclusive of American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Midway Island, Wake Island, Johnston Atoll, Baker Island and the Northern Mariana Islands.
