Ocoee Fire Hall Concrete & Bay Doors

Bid 1: This is for the concrete only. Bid will include a price per yard for a minimum of 4000 psi concrete without fiber and a bid for a minimum of 4000 psi with fiber. This is to determine whether the slab will have wire mesh or not. The slab to be poured is rough dimension of 47` deep by 59` wide at 6" thick minimum. This slab will house Fire Trucks that will weigh in between 45K to 65k. Bid 2: This bid will be for concrete finishing labor only. Bid will include labor per square foot to finish roughly 2,775 square feet at 6" thick. Bid will need to be 2 part as it is undetermined if there will be wire mesh to place or not, (dependent upon concrete bid). One bid for square foot with and one without wire mesh. Bid will need to include labor for placing grade stubs for a uniform pour. There will also need to be a trough style drain formed in center of slab to a minimum of 1` wide and 6" deep with a 1.5" wide by 1" deep ledge around circumference to place a steel grate. Drain will be placed at 2` from east wall and run west for approximately 42` and will be centered between south and north walls. Wire Mesh, if used, and Grade Stubs and Steel Grate will be supplied by Polk County Government. Materials to form drain and materials to form closers at 2 bay doors measuring 20`3" opening and 1 man way door at 42" opening will not be supplied. Bid 3: This bid will be for 2 bay doors Bid will include materials and labor to install 2) 20` X 12` drum style bay doors. Door construction will be a minimum of 24 gauge with a desired steel construction of 16 to 20 gauge. Would like bids to include gauge of construction, with or without being insulated, and with remote operated door openers. Color will be White.
