This project will demolish the vacant property at 1445 Emporia Street in Aurora and restore the parcel to a dirt / grass lot for future redevelopment as an affordable housing site. The WORK of this project consists of the demolition and site restoration of the duplex structure located at 1445 N Emporia Street, Aurora, CO 80012, and a separate freestanding garage/storage shed located on the same lot with address 1443 N Emporia Street, Aurora, CO 80012. The project requires all structures, fences, concrete flatwork, landscaping, and trees to be removed from this parcel (1973-03-1-07-018). The single-family duplex consists of a 1034 sf single story house with a 656 SF basement. The house will be demolished to 2 ft below grade and the structure filled in. Existing facilities shall include capping of the water service at the meter and sanitary services at the cleanout.
