| Description | Option 1 1. Fabricate and install one (1) new commercial patio awning cover for existing awning frame, approximately 70’-0” long x 20”-0” wide. 2. Fabricate and install approximately 70 linear feet of aluminum flashing along the top of awning frame to provide a more weatherproof connection. 3. Fabricate and install thirteen (13) new clear vinyl roll curtains with solid color perimeter to match existing. Existing curtain hardware will be used. Option 2 1. All items included in Option 1 PLUS 2. Add zippers and end retention hardware to new curtains and install. |
