| Description | Scope of Services Design Professional shall provide as-needed professional Landscape Architectural services by Task Orders on an hourly basis. Landscape Architectural Services may include, but are not limited to the following: presentations to various community and advisory groups, preparation of general development plans, preparation of site improvement plans grading, drainage, planting, irrigation, lighting/electrical plans preparation of plans for hardscape and other amenities, preparation of construction specifications and cost estimates and the preparation of reports, studies and/or construction documents relating to the design and construction of outdoor public areas and provide construction administration services. |
