Description | The Project generally consists of Excavation, Placement of Amended soil, Invasive Species Management Native Species Planting, Seeding and associated work at the specified location indicated above. The anticipated project completion date is on or before October 31, 2022.Beacon Hill Basin, Sconsett Way, Lower Allen Township All bid Proposals shall be properly executed in ink without alterations and shall be complete. All bids must be submitted upon forms furnished by Lower Allen Township and must be accompanied by certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Lower Allen Township. Instructions, The Project cost is anticipated to be at least $25,000.00, Therefore, provisions of The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage shall apply. This contract is subject to the following: the PA Prevailing Wage Act conditions; the Provisions for Commonwealth Contracts included as Appendix A; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; the non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; requirement of a Non-Collusion Affidavit; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. The Lower Allen Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
