| Description | Contractor shall provide services and product necessary to complete the reconfiguration of workstation furniture in Building 856, Room W178. Contractor shall provide all materials, services, labor, and tools required to dismantle existing furniture and rebuild to reflect the attached schematic (Attachment 1). Contractor shall reconfigure W178 to add 13 workstations. Contractor shall dismantle (9) Lshape workstations that vary in sizes (see existing plan for details), (2) meeting spaces, (2) dropin stations, and misc. files and cabinets. The contractor shall then rebuild stations using existing and new product per the attached plans. Rebuild and tear down shall take place in two phases. Phase 1 tear down and install shall occur first. Once completed, phase 2 tear down and install shall start. |
