| Description | Remove existing shingles and roof edge. Patch possible holes through the roof sheathing. Install new water barrier and ice and snow guard as need to code. Install new shingles and cap on the ridge as well all 4 hips. New white metal roof edge to be installed around lower perimeter. Replace all plumbing and flashing for flues. Permit required. Two asbestos flues will need to be completely incased with larger metal pipe and rain capped. This work needs to be done aby a licensed HVAC contractor during the roof tear off. |
