Description

1. Set up temporary scaffolding and needed safety fencing 2. Remove existing chase pans 3. Clean and pressure wash chimneys to support repairs 4. Grind out needed mortar joints 5. Tuck point chimneys with colored matched mortar 6. Step flash chimneys at shingle transition per NRCA guidelines with reglet counter flashing 7. Apply Siloxane based repellent chimney coating 8. Install 2 new standing seam stainless steel chase pans (Lifetime Warranty) 9. Provide photos of completed repairs 10. Contractor will be responsible for any damage to the existing structure, shrubs and tenant owned personal property. Contractor will remove any work debris and take caution to keep all public areas free of hazards.
