Design Services for Cherry Creek Reservoir Shoreline Stabilization ESS and Tl PRFS

seeks a qualified Consultant Team to provide design engineering services for the East Shade Shelters and Tower Loop Shoreline Stabilization Project (Project) along a portion of the east shoreline of the Cherry Creek Reservoir. The Project area is located within Arapahoe County and Cherry Creek State Park, along Boat Ramp Access and Tower Loop Roads, approximately 1 and 1.6 miles respectively from the East (Parker Road) Park entrance (see Attachment 1). The Project areas include: 1. East Shade Shelters is approximately 0.3-acres including the area between the concrete access trail or top of bank and the existing riprap along the shoreline at the toe of the bank. It includes approximately 400-feet of shoreline. 2. Tower Loop is approximately 0.5-acres including the area between the dirt social trail or top of bank and the existing riprap and boulders along the shoreline at the toe of the bank or water’s edge. It includes approximately 700- feet of shoreline.
