Description

Separate Bid Packages -Landscaping work is: Removal of existing landscaping & replacement with new at the entire building perimeter, construction of raised flower beds and water drainage retention pocket. F&I plants, flowers, shrubs & trees throughout project site. Re-grade an existing area & install yard drain for improved drainage. -General/Electrical work is: Installation of new exterior yard lights. Removal of existing paver sidewalks & replacement with stained, stamped concrete sidewalks, reconstruction of existing ramps/ rails at three entrances, install new concrete pad for pugola, install new aluminum rails at three sidewalk locations, remove & re-install flagpole, F&I new sign and concrete foundation.
