This Scope of Work covers all work necessary to demolish, dispose and properly grade the lot of the building, components, and all other items at the contractor's expense as a part ofthis bid following all Federal, State, and Local laws and ordinances. This is a project-by-project contract and all expenses shall be figured into each projects bid price. Work is to include the proper disposal (remediation) of all the identified hazardous materials at the locations (asbestos, mercury switches, fluorescent bulbs, lead paint, etc.) by a certified contractor, the razing ofthe buildings, clearing of all debris and assuring no pad is left on the lot. The lot shall be level when complete. Any holes shall be filled with appropriate material as to not be a hazard for citizens.
