**** The project encompasses the supply of materials and labor to construct a 50 by 100-foot maintenance and repair facility, as well as approximately 500 feet of rail access to the facility**** ****Copies of the Contract Documents may only be obtained from the offices of Avalon Document Services, 901 North State Street, Syracuse, New York, 13208 [(315) 471-3333] (please ask to speak with Aimée Tarin) upon payment of non-refundable amount of $40.00. This fee covers the cost of the Bid Documents only, as well as a digital download (to be sent via email by Aimée) of the Contract Documents, which will include the Bid Documents AND Drawings. Checks are to be made payable to Avalon Document Services. Payment via credit card or charging to an Avalon Account will also be allowed for this Bid. Upon payment of an additional non-refundable amount of $235.00, a complete, bound set of Contract Drawings will be provided.**** ****Note: Sets are not preprinted. An order must be placed first.
