| Description | The 81st Contracting Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base is conducting market research to procure Architect and Engineering (A&E) design services. The services will consist of, but not limited to: (1) Alteration and repair of grounds, roads, buildings, and structures; (2) Alteration and repair of utilities; (3) Alteration and repair of various types of mechanical systems, to include HVAC and associated controls, fire protection, steam plants, steam distribution and piping, waste treatment, and other mechanical systems; (4) Alteration and repair of various types of lighting and power distribution systems; (5) Feasibility, traffic, and other studies; (6) Conceptual renderings; and (7) Topographical and geodetic surveys. This requirement also includes Title II, A&E services for Inspection of Construction Services. The Engineering capabilities include Construction Inspection, Pre-Construction Design, and review and constructability consultation for Design Build & Construction projects. |
