Sidewalk Pedestrian Improvements

This Contract provides for the construction of approximately 500 LF of sidewalk on the east side of Church St (SR-165) from Railroad Ave to Davis St in Wilkeson, WA. The improvements will provide a continuous defined pedestrian route through the town. Work activities will include clearing and grubbing, removal of miscellaneous traffic items, roadway excavation including haul, grading, stormwater conveyance, concrete sidewalks and driveways, curb and gutter, hot mix asphalt paving, permanent channelization, temporary erosion control, permanent signing and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Engineers Opinion of Probable Cost: $250,000 - $300,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
