Description: Replace approximately 15 private lead service lines including televising private sanitary lateral, installing a new electrical ground for property, and restoring project site in kind for any basement and/or landscaping damages. Additional Description: The City of Port Washington will be utilizing Safe Drinking Water Loan Program (SDWLP) funding, for all private side Lead Service Lateral replacement costs. The following requirements apply: 1. Davis Bacon Wage rates 2. American iron and steel (AIS) 3. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) are encouraged to bid on the proposed work.
