| Description | Wastewater Treatment Chemicals Awards will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated or responsive bid price. Please note that no bids can be accepted via email or fax Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Purchasing Division at 401-738-2013 at least 48 hours in advance of the bid opening date. Should you have any questions, please contact Michael Bedard, Warwick Sewer Authority, 125 Arthur Devine Blvd., Warwick, RI, at 401-468-4724. The price shall be good for the one-year period extending from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. Term contracts may be extended for two additional one year terms upon mutual agreement unless otherwise stated. Billing shall be based on total gallons delivered. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any minor deviations or informalities in the bids received, and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the City |
