Description

This project, generally described, will reconstruct State Route 4 from 0.1 mile west of Bonanza Mine Way to 0.2 miles west of Appaloosa Road, a distance of approximately 3.0 miles. The existing 2-lane conventional highway will be replaced with a 2-lane access-controlled expressway. The project includes, but is not limited to, earthwork, roadway structural section, asphalt concrete dike, guardrail, drainage improvements, creek realignment, fencing, signing and pavement delineation.
