The work generally consists of the following tasks: Excavation and off-Site disposal of approximately 45 cubic yards (70 tons) of lead-impacted soil; Abatement of asbestos-containing building materials in accordance with applicable local and state regulations; Demolition of the Site buildings in accordance with applicable local and state regulations; and appropriate Site re-grading and restoration.
