| Description | The City of Torrington Connecticut will receive qualification proposals for Materials Testing and Special Inspections Services for the design and construction of the new Torrington Middle School, High School, and Central Office. The City of Torrington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal received, to negotiate changes to offered terms and to accept the proposal that, in its sole discretion, will be in the best interest of the City. Bids must be firm for a period of ninety (90) days following the bid opening. |
