Description

Replace chiller with split heat pump units: 1. Run refrigerant piping for new units where the existing indoor units are located. 2. Disconnect one unit at a time to keep the building operational. Note: this is if the isolation valves are operational. 1. Disconnect one unit at a time by disconnecting the water piping, ducting, electrical, drains and low voltage wiring. 2. Remove old AHU’s and set new AHU units in existing locations. 3. Reconnect new unit to the existing ducting, refrigerant piping, drains and low voltage wiring to new WiFi thermostats. 4. Set most of the condensers where the chiller is located and set the Auditoriums and mini split units in a different location due to the refrigerant piping length. 5. Remove all old equipment for the chilled water system. Note: excluding removal of piping and boiler. 1. Start up and insure proper operation of new systems.
